Each wreath is hand arranged in our studio so no two are exactly alike. When you place an order you are purchasing the wreath that you see in the listing and it is ready to ship immediately!
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact the store if there is a problem with your order. We are a small shop however so please keep the following policies in mind before you buy.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are gladly accepted as follows:
Contact store within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shippedCustom items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
Insurance is standard for all orders so refunds for damage during shipping will be paid by shipper, not store.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Care
This wreath is intended for indoor use or on an area with a covered porch. Colors will fade if exposed to direct sunlight. Not designed for areas with high winds.
